Can I withdraw a bid?
Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. If you win, you agree to purchase. Before any real bid, the UI must show the auction rules, next bid, valid saved payment method requirement, and confirmation notice.
Before you confirm a bid
By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you win. Bids cannot be withdrawn. A valid saved payment method and a shipping address are required before bidding.
The system’s recorded bid and timer results determine winners, subject to correction of clear system errors.
