Standard auctions may extend when a valid bid arrives in the seller’s displayed final-seconds window. Sudden-death auctions have a fixed timer and never extend or reset for new bids.

Bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn. If you win, you agree to purchase. Before any real bid, the UI must show the auction rules, next bid, valid saved payment method requirement, and confirmation notice.

The highest valid bid at the end wins, subject to correction of clear system errors. The platform’s recorded bid and timer outcome are used to determine the result.

An auction win initiates payment immediately. There is no ten-minute grace-period checkout. Supported payment methods must be capable of the required processing; not every displayed method has the same capability.

Completed sales require shipment tracking. An eligible order page should show courier, tracking number, and delivery progress. The shipment deadline remains pending final policy approval.

A missing item, material difference from its description, counterfeit item, or damage caused by poor packaging may qualify under the final Buyer Protection policy. Refunds are not unconditional.

No. Seller approval is required before selling or going live. Verification documents may be required based on the final application requirements.

The current draft provides illustrative figures: 7.5% of item price for commission, 2.5% of order total for processing, and an optional shipping label at cost. Payout timing and promotions remain unfinalized.
